With more than a decade of experience in hospitality, Elias has managed restaurants and overseen weddings, private events, and high volume dining operations at some of New Jersey's premier venues. Those experiences reinforced his belief that exceptional service is found in every detail, from the planning that happens behind the scenes to the personal touches that leave a lasting impression on every guest.
